Nicole is an award-winning British-Czech director working across TV, film and commercials.

She has over 20 years experience in the industry, having started out as an Intern on Love Actually, then assisting feature film directors such as Michael Caton Jones.  Life recently came beautifully full circle when she directed Bill Nighy in LAZARUS.

Other actors she has worked with are Sam Claflin (Daisy Jones and the Six), Tom Burke (Furiosa), Parminder Nagra (Bend It Like Beckham) and Clare-Hope Ashitey (Children of Men).

Rakie Ayola won Best Actress at the BAFTA CYMRU Awards 2023 for The Pact, for which Nicole was the Lead Director.

She holds an MA in Filmmaking from The London Film School (Directing Specialisation) and prior to that studied Philosophy and Psychology.
